1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DripChat (the "App"), operated by Rowix LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DripChat. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must register with a valid phone number to use DripChat. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DripChat to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you share through DripChat, including messages, photos, videos, and voice messages. By sharing content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and deliver that content to intended recipients as necessary to operate the App. DripShare content is automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Privacy

Your use of DripChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The DripChat name, logo, and all related graphics, icons, and service names are trademarks of Rowix LLC. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rowix LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

8. Third-Party Services

DripChat integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, Tenor for GIF search, and Cloudflare for content delivery. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

DripChat is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the content shared by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rowix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or us, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > App Settings > Delete Account.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the App. Your continued use of DripChat after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
